Excellent food and the service is top-notch the Siera burger is fire and they always have a full meal special of the day lunch which is really nice... usually under $20 and it comes with a couple items. Love this little treasure! They have some small grocery items and their sandwiches and cookies are delicious. The staff is very sweet, the service is very fast. I think their prices are quite reasonable based on the amount of food you get. My only complaint is the limited hours they're open and I wish they had a bit more of a selection of grocery items. Great neighborhood spot for weekday lunch.  The prices are a little on the high side and one can't really call it a convenience store because they have more limited hours. Just love this place for good food! Family run business. Banh mi and breakfast sandwich are my go to here. I also pick up goodies when walking in to see what is on the counter. You will be tempted with musubis, baked goodies, and other packaged cooked delicious foods.

If you want to avoid the temptation of standing in line and seeing all the goodies on the counter, call in your order. However, you might have to call a few times if you call right at noon because other people are calling in and there is a line in the store.

Excellent food , sandwiches, soup, salads, hot food, fruit salad, bakery treats. 
Illy coffee is the brand they use (very good)

The food is pretty good, but the customer service isn't the best. Joe, whom works the register isn't pleasant at all. I had to return some food because it was over cooked and he was not happy! My approach was respectful and I spoke to him in a calm gentle way. His body language gave off he was annoyed, he rolled his eyes and was upset. What happened to good customer service?? You spend your money at places that doesn't respect the fact that you are providing revenue to their establishment. A smile and an apology goes a long way, Joe. I hope you work on being more appreciative to your paying customers and know that there's competition out there, so set yourself apart by providing good food and a good attitude as well.
